I know I haven't written in... a long time. But let's get back on track, shall we?
This jar of jam just jiggles and jives will all that is fresh and fruity. I myself have never been partial to strawberry jam, but once Matthew and I brought this home from the Durham Farmer's Market, it was clear why it's good to buy local. Usually, the strawberry jam you get from the grocery store has large lumps of flaccid berries in it - much like biting into a sugary tongue. Not too appetizing for me. But the strawberry jam from Bonlee Grown Farm in North Carolina is much more refined, less sugary than most, and tastes as fresh as if you bit into the strawberry as soon as you picked it. Amazing. To get this local jam, call the number on the cap, get your favorite crusty bread toasted and waiting, and enjoy.
